Severn Bore Monday March 10th revisited

The storm surge was approximately 0.5 of a metre at Avonmouth at high tide this morning. The big bore just did'nt happen and the winds in the river pretty much wrecked it, but hey that's the unpredictability of it all really. Tonight's bore does'nt look like being much bigger either with the flowing tide at Avonmouth tracking the prediction and the winds dying back.
