V4 : Bore Surfing History with Rodney Sumpter and Jack Churchill

The fourth clip in our series is Donny Wright following some of Jack Churchill's stories with description of the epic ride of Rodney Sumpter in 1967. Rod was Australian, American Junior, Irish, English and European surfing champion who regularly surfed the Severn bore around 1965-1967. In 1967 he rode the bore for 6 miles from Broadoak to Longney, one of the all time epic events in the history of tidal bore surfing.
